1. Contracting party and brand

These Terms of Service govern your use of preoom.com and purchases from PREOOM. Your contract is with Shenqiu County Zongshilai Department Store. PREOOM is the company’s online store brand. By accessing the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

2. Store use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You may not interfere with security, introduce harmful code, misuse store content or use the site in a way that harms other customers or the company.

3. Products and information

We aim to describe products, options, dimensions and colors accurately. Screen settings, materials and manufacturing variations may affect appearance. The product title, selected option and order confirmation identify what you purchase.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping charges, taxes and duties are shown or explained before purchase where applicable. Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order affected by unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a delivery restriction and will refund any captured amount for a cancelled item.

5. Orders and delivery

An order is accepted when we confirm it has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Current destinations and timing are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Contact us before returning an item. The registered office is not a return warehouse.

7. Intellectual property

The PREOOM name, website design and original store content belong to Shenqiu County Zongshilai Department Store or are used with permission. They may not be copied, sold or presented as your own without written permission. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services and other providers may support store functions under their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible where applicable law requires.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of courts or regulators that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the store, services or law changes. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
